Welcome to Villa Abbekerk!

Built by doctor Tjade Spaander in 1875, the house welcomed guests such as Queen Wilhelmina and President Paul Kruger.

Last year, I fulfilled my dream and bought this house, transforming it into a bed & breakfast. The villa offers 4 suites with private bathrooms. Breakfast is included in your stay and features local products, served in the historic ballroom.

There is a well-equipped guest kitchen, a beautiful lounge for reading, working or playing board games, and a 5000m² lush green garden with century-old trees.

Located near Medemblik, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen and the beach, it is the perfect base to explore the best of North Holland.
